Co-design scenic of shows each season. Technical direction of volunteer carpenters, scenic artists, & moving scenery between shop and venue. Collaborating with directors, costume designers, lighting designers, & other professional artists.

Assisting creative and production staff in the implementation of each production. Hired logistics companies for the shipping of purchased scenery from across the country. Arranged transportation of personnel and production needs in town. Assisted in the scenic painting and load-in/load-out. Sourcing and hiring technical crew members.
